- 03We map out what you already have before recommending anything new.
- 04Together we build the routines that turn data into decisions.
- 05The result is structure that stays in the club, season after season.

- We map the club's equipment, systems and expertise.
- We build routines that turn data into decisions.
- We follow up as an external performance department.
- No commitments. Just one concrete next step at a time.
Founder
Simen R. Sandmæl
I founded Elevare to help football clubs translate data into decisions that drive performance in practice. My experience as a player, coach and leader in football, combined with scientific knowledge, showed me the gap between academic theory and the actual club everyday - that is the gap Elevare is built to close.
