What the website collects
The website stores no personal data. The contact form opens your own email app with a prefilled message, and nothing is sent until you press send. The club check is calculated in your browser and is not stored. The website has a login only for Elevare staff who write articles; for them, email address and an encrypted password are stored while they have access.
Email enquiries
When you email us, we process your name, contact details and what you write, to reply and deliver the service you ask for. The legal basis is contract or legitimate interest.
Booking
Calls and tests are booked through Google Calendar. Google processes the details you enter there under its own terms.
Health and test data
Test results such as VO2 max and resting metabolic rate are health data. They are only collected for a test you have booked, and only with your explicit consent. Only the person running the test has access. You may withdraw consent at any time.
Retention
Enquiries are deleted when the matter is closed, at the latest after 12 months. Test results are kept while you are in follow-up with us and deleted at the latest 3 years after last contact, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
Sharing
We do not sell data or share it with others, except suppliers such as email and calendar, or where the law requires it.
Your rights
You can request access, correction, deletion and restriction, and you can object to processing. Write to kontakt@elevare.no. You may also complain to the Norwegian Data Protection Authority (datatilsynet.no).
Cookies
The website does not use cookies for tracking or marketing.
